The work load assigned to BOM has been divided and entrusted to various committees to a responsible for recommending policies and overseeing implementation of BOM decisions. These committees are also responsible for planning and laying down procedure related to their fields. Every committee consists of one convener and minimum of two members. Committee members discuss and find solutions of the matters relating to them and put up their recommendations to approval by the Board of Management.
