Following the induction of the Board of Management for Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, the property files relating to the industrial plots in the estate numbering ---------where transferred to Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate office under an agreement dated ------------- executed between Lahore Development Authority (LDA) and Punjab Industrial Estate Development and Management Company (PIEDMC).

The function of building control previously performed by LDA is now being dealt with at QIE office on behalf of PIEDMC. Following execution of agreement between LDA and PIEDMC regarding transfer of control and management of the industrial estate, all building records were taken over by QIE office.

After its induction, Board of Management decide to facilitate regularization of building plans for the benifit of the residents. Three amnesty schemes were successively introduced by the board for this purpose.

1st amensty was announced on........... after a period of three months 2nd amnesty was declared and again after 4 month 3rd and last amnesty was announced. Rate for regularization of construction was Rs. 5 psft, Rs. 10 psft and Rs. 12.5 psft respectively. .
