Following the induction of the Board of Management for Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, the property files sleety to the industrial plots in the estate numbering ---------where transferred to Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate office under the agreement dated ------------- executed between Lahore Development Authority (LDA) and Management Company (PIEDMC)

Property record The property files are now maintained by the Legal /Property wing of the Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate office comprising a Legal Advisor and two Legal Assistants/Record Keepers.
The contents of the property files running into hundreds of pages each are now being transferred to computer software (DMS) for easy access.
The Object of this exercise is to improve overall efficiency and to ensure reliability and security of records. The job of computerization of entire property likely to be completed soon.
QIE office generates Revenue through collection of the legal charges fixed by the Board of Management. Schedule of different legal charges as applicable on date is as follows..
  HEAD OF ACCOUNT     RUPEES
  Transfer Fee.  
  Ist Transfer Rs. 40,000/- per Kanal.
  2nd Transfer Rs. 60,000/- per Kanal
  3rd Transfer and onward Rs. 75,000/- per Kanal. 
  Publication Charges   Rs. 15,000/-
  Sale Deed charges   Rs. 5,000/- per Kanal.
  Placement of document Rs. 10,000/-
     
  Scrutiny fee Rs. 25,000/-
  Bifurcation fee Rs. 200,000/- per kanal of the bifurcated
area
  Consolidation.  
  Processing fee   Rs. 5,000/- per kanal.
  Consolidation fee NIL
  Permission to Mortgage Rs. 5,000/-.
  Processing charges. Rs. 2,000/- plus consultancy charges
on actual basis(if any)
  Copying Charges. (Attested) Rs. 50/- per page.
  Copy of Approved Building Plan (Attested) Rs. 1,000/- .
  Change in Line of Production – Fee Rs. 10,000/- (lump sum)
  Change in Corporate Setup Fee. 
  Where Partners of the Firm remained Same and firm converted into a Limited Company Rs. 10,000/- (Lump sum)
  Where Partners of the firm changed Rs. 10,000/- per Kanal. 
  Change in Name   Rs. 10,000/- (Lump Sum)
   Non production penalty   Rs. 100,000/- per kanal.
  Property related information (on Prescribed Format.)   Rs. 5,000/-
   Construction Material Charges. (Blocking of roads with Construction material)  
  Before 15 days Rs. 5,000/- per week
  After 15 days Rs. 10,000/- per week
  Telecom Tower Installation Charges. Rs. 20,000/- one time NOC charges
plus 20% of rent
  Building Plan Approval.  
  Approval of plan before construction Rs. 7.50/- per sq. ft.
  Approval of plan after construction Rs. 15/- per sq. ft.(w.e.f.9.3.07)
  Open space violation Rs. 45/- per sq. ft
  Permission to use plot as ware house Rs. 10,000/- per kanal
  Restoration fee  (Productive Units) 10% of DC Value 20% of DC Value. (Conditions applied)
  Restoration fee (Non Productive Units) 20% of DC Value
30% of DC Value
