Following the induction of the Board of Management for Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, the property files sleety to the industrial plots in the estate numbering ---------where transferred to Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate office under the agreement dated ------------- executed between Lahore Development Authority (LDA) and Management Company (PIEDMC)
The property files are now maintained by the Legal /Property wing of the Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate office comprising a Legal Advisor and two Legal Assistants/Record Keepers.
The contents of the property files running into hundreds of pages each are now being transferred to computer software (DMS) for easy access.
The Object of this exercise is to improve overall efficiency and to ensure reliability and security of records. The job of computerization of entire property likely to be completed soon.
QIE office generates Revenue through collection of the legal charges fixed by the Board of Management. Schedule of different legal charges as applicable on date is as follows..
